Sowing Worship, Reaping Victory

Aug 2, 2026    Pastor Keith Alexander

Before David was known for defeating Goliath, he was known for carrying the presence of God. While Saul had the crown, he had lost the Presence. David, though overlooked and unknown, was empowered by the Spirit because he possessed a heart of worship.

This message explores the powerful contrast between Saul and David, revealing that our greatest victories are not won through talent, strength, or position, but through surrender. Worship is more than singing—it's a posture of the heart that invites God's presence and becomes our greatest weapon in spiritual battles.

When we pursue applause over God's presence, we may gain success but lose peace. But when we pursue worship over worldly victory, we discover that God's presence is the true source of strength, freedom, and lasting victory.
